It is like a treat for them to play it because there is so much fun stuff to do on the site, even though it is all informational. The main goal of this site is to help students understand the basics and have them realize that learning can be fun.

The Literary Center website is a wonderful website for young students. The website is also international. The site comes in English, German, Spanish, and French which is great because sometimes you have students that have English as their second language. The site teaches uppercase letters, lowercase letters, uppercase vs. lowercase, shapes, writing, words, numbers, colors, and the keyboard, which is all very useful information. This site would be very helpful in a lower level classroom. It would help students with their technology skills as well as, all the other information the site in tales. The main goal of this website is to improve their knowledge of these basic skills I have listed.

This site is a good site but only for younger children that are learning their ABC's. The Bembos Zoo site is very colorful. Also, when you click on the letter, it spells out a animal that starts with that letter. Then it shows a picture of that animal. This site would be very helpful in a preschool or kindergarten classroom because it would help the students to learn their ABC’s and help them to learn how to operate a computer. Although I think the main goal of this site is to help children learn their ABC’s and help them spell words.

The Lakota Museum website is very interesting. It includes seventeen Native American folk tales, which are really fun and informational stories for students. I think it would be a good idea for teachers to read one of the folk tales to the class once a week. It would be fun for both the teacher and student. Also it would be great for improving there listening skills. The main goal of this website is to inform students about the Native American culture in a fun way.

There is also many great opportunites for teachers on the site as well such as, classroom activites, book trailers, reading group guides, also a schedule of when famous authors are coming close to our city so they can visit there students. It can be used in the classroom because students can get on this site to look up new exciting books. Also the teacher can get some awesome activities that are useful in the classroom. The main goal of this site it to get kids to read more, they will read more if they can find books that interest them.

The Teach 21 website was designed by teachers. The purpose of the site is for teachers to help colleagues in planning and teaching effective 21st century instruction in W.V. Classrooms. The information on the site is accessable for students, teachers, parents, and administators.
This website would be very helpful in a classroom for many reasons. The site offers sample lesson plans for teachers, Interactive CSO's which is Content Standards and Objectives Policies, Instructional guides, Technology tools, and also WestTest sample problems. The West Test Sample problems are one of the most important parts of the website for the students. These sample questions will help students do better on the West Test and any other standardized tests. Which is also a good thing for the educators too! In my opinion the web site is a great website, it is very helpful for both teachers and students.
